Blake Brown
Target’s greatest launch in history.

Iconic Hair, Everyday
The Context
Blake Lively spent seven years building perfect haircare products inspired by her own routine. She came to us to help share them with the world. Working from a name, a logo, and a family of bottles, our goal was to inherit the vision and build a brand world rich in story.
The Insight
Blake is known for her signature hair. The goal was to democratize the ability to have hair that is celebrated and central but not labored over. We combined archival references of high-drama hair with modern ease to create a world rooted in being attainably iconic.
The Big Idea & Success
“Iconic Hair, Every Day.” A brand for all the looks you want to play, without all the effort. Story, creative direction and campaign execution combined to lead to the largest, most profitable launch day in Target history.
